Our Agreement


The Authorizing Officer and the Company, through its Authorizing Officer (a) request that a Card be issued on the Company's account to the individual Applicant(s), (b) authorize the receipt and exchange of credit information on both the Authorizing Officer and the Company, (c) agree to be liable for all charges to the Card account, (d) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreements received with each Card, (e) represent that the card(s) issued on this account will be used for business or commercial purposes. The Agreement(s) will be sent with the Card(s) to each person designated by the Company to receive it (them).
I understand that I must provide all the information requested in this Application and I certify that such information is accurate. I authorize you to verify the information on the application and exchange information on me, including requesting reports from credit reporting agencies. I am aware that this information will be used to determine my eligibility for the Card and that, if my Application is approved, you may contact these sources to update information at any time. If I ask whether or not a credit report was requested, you will tell me; if you received a report, you will give me the name and address of the agency that furnished it. I am also aware that information about me may be used for marketing and administrative purposes and shared with your affiliates and subsidiaries. However, I may direct you not to share with your affiliates and subsidiaries certain information (other than transaction or experience information) about my Account or me by writing to you at: American Express, P.O.
